Description
The product is made from high quality Silicon carbide, silica powder, metal Si,by vacuum Nitride Sintering at high temperature.Basically is used as the hotface materials in the sidewalls of Aluminium reduction cells.
They have significant oxidation resistance,cryolite resistance,thermal conductivity and good dimensional tolerances.
The size&properties of the product can be customized as per your application,&special technical requirement.
Generally,the product has following advantages of:
a.Low thermal conductivity
b.Low thermal expansion
c.Excellent oxidation resistance
d.Excellent corrosion resistance
e.long duration
Application:
a.good lining refractory materials in Aluminum electrolysis cell,furnace,kiln,incinerators, and reactors.
b.as Tuyere combined bricks or other combined blocks in Iron&steel industry.
c.Used as Kiln shed board, beams,slide push board, sagger.
Package:Normally,1100kg or1200kg into a Non-fumigated crate,each piece is isolated by good padpaper,bubble film,or foam board,etc..
